The event is tailored to people either already renting out properties or those looking to start renting properties. There will be experts on hand to discuss all aspects of being a landlord and trade stands at the event include: damp/mould experts, benefit officers, health & safety advisors, insurance brokers, rental furniture specialists, tenant referencing services and many more. There will also be workshops running throughout the day discussing various issues such as the benefit system in greater detail. Free tea/coffee and biscuits will be available.
